I'm Shelby Englishe Williams, RN, founder of SEW Nursing LLC.

With more than 16 years of nursing experience, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and families receive the care, dignity, and advocacy they deserve.

SEW Nursing LLC was born from a passion to deliver concierge-style nursing for seniors, offering personalized attention, preventive health measures, and peace of mind for families.

Over the years, I've seen how overwhelming navigating healthcare can be for seniors and their loved ones. My mission is to simplify that journey-ensuring no preventive care is missed, medications are managed properly, and families always have a trusted nurse on their side.

Beyond bedside care, l've served in leadership roles as Assistant Director of Nursing, Resident Care Director, and Interim Director of Nursing.

These experiences shaped my commitment to quality assurance, compliance, and clinical excellence.

Through SEW Nursing LLC, I combine my love for nursing, advocacy, and community to create a platform that supports seniors, families, and fellow healthcare providers.

For me, nursing is not just a profession-it's a purpose.
